What happens before shipping

Payment authorization starts the order process. Preparing the selected Klean Kanteen items normally requires 1–2 business days before the parcel is handed to a carrier.

Travel after handoff

Estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after the shipping date, not including weekends or applicable holidays. It is an estimate rather than a delivery appointment. Checkout identifies the destinations and delivery charges available for the particular order.

If a delivery needs attention

Verify the shipping address when ordering. Tracking can initially show no scan while the carrier updates its system. For a late, lost or damaged package—or a delivered status when nothing arrived—write to adomevafu88@gmail.com with the purchase number, checkout email and tracking information. We will use those details to review the case.
