What products can I find here?

The selection covers reusable water bottles, insulated drinkware, cups, food storage, lids, straws and related parts. Check a listing for the specific capacity, finish and compatible configuration offered.

Is the transit estimate the whole order time?

No. After authorization, handling normally takes 1–2 business days. Shipment then begins an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Destination and charge choices appear at checkout. The Shipping Policy covers tracking and unusual deliveries.

What if an item is unwanted or not right?

You may request an eligible new, unused change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. A damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed item can also be submitted. We accept exchange requests, with approval and available stock determining the option.

Do I pay a return fee?

There is no restocking fee. The package contains a free prepaid label for an eligible mailed return, but first contact us for approval and directions. An approved refund is processed or initiated within 10 days to the original method; financial-provider posting is separate. Full steps are in the Refund Policy.
