Return and exchange window

Within 30 days of receiving the order, you can request a return or exchange. A no-defect item can qualify when it is new, unused and in original condition, including a changed preference or a mistaken choice. Damage, defects, missing pieces, incorrect deliveries and material differences from the listing can also be reported. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law protects.

Start with a message

Send adomevafu88@gmail.com the order number, email used at checkout and an explanation. If the product has a problem, add photos or video and keep associated parts and packaging. Do not mail a return before approval. We will identify the correct return address and instructions after reviewing the request; the correspondence address need not be that location.

The label and the outcome

For an eligible return by mail, a free prepaid label is included with the original package. Ask us for assistance if it is missing or lost, and use it only once the return is approved. We do not impose a restocking fee. A requested exchange depends on the review and available inventory.

Original-payment refund

We process or initiate an approved refund back to the original payment method within 10 days. Posting to your account can take longer under the bank or payment provider's processes.
